The Third Album is now available...
More original songs but now adding themes of faith and spirit are featured on Simon Birt's third album, 'Lullaby To The Soul'. Unsurprisingly perhaps, the music is getting better and better. These songs have something for everyone and an original style is definitely beginning to develop across all three albums released so far. Some new progressions, though, are evident in 'Lullaby', Ballad Of A Sinner', 'Grateful that Now We Can See', and 'Don't Tell me "No"' where vocal harmonies are employed to good effect. As usual, the guitar work is excellent and this may be his best album yet.

This album features some upbeat and fun songs such as, 'Take A Little Time' and Crooked Cop' while remaining true to the insights of the first collection in songs like, Dark Secrets', 'Treacle-Wading' and 'Serenity'. Overall, a strong follow-up album with some great original music on display.
